What's Your Company History?
For over five years, our dedicated team has been building amazing sites and valuable relationships with some great small businesses around the country!
What kind of CMS/software do you build with?
Wordpress and Shopify, depending on what your project needs are. When we learn more about your project, we’ll decide which option is best to use. Each has its ups and downs, and we’d chat with you about those before we start.
Do you take care of SEO?
We do, depending on your needs. We offer soft-approaches via plugins, or more pointed SEO campaigns – we just need to know more about your goals.
How about Google Analytics?
We utilize Google Analytics on all of our websites. Have an account already? No problem, we can add your account to the new site we build for you.
What are the payment terms?
We usually tend to do 50% of project total before building starts, and the balance paid before your new website goes live.
Are there any additional costs after launch?
No extra payments to us! But make sure you continue to pay for your domain and hosting fees, which will be provided via 3rd-party companies.
What if I need a new domain or new hosting?
We work with several domain and hosting companies. As the building process is moving forward, we can help get these setup for you.
Will my current website be down during the building process?
Not at all! We’ll code your sites on our test server before we launch it. You will be able to check our progress at any time by visiting a custom link we’ll share with you.
What is the timeline of your projects?
Tends to be about 6 to 8 weeks, but depends on the size of your website project.
Will I be able to go in and edit my new site on my own?
Yes, and we’ll train you on how to too. There are certain parts that you shouldn’t touch – like anything that involves code – but adding/editing new content won’t be a problem!
What if I need assistance after my new site is live?
We’re just an email or call away for any website needs you have. We can gauge how much work you’ll need and invoice you accordingly. Small/easy fixes, we’re more than happy to take care of at no charge.
We also offer custom quarterly support packages; cost depends on the size of your site.
Are your sites mobile and tablet responsive?
Yes, we code all of our sites to look awesome on mobile and tablet devices!
